Sunday Discipleship Program
First Baptist's Sunday evening Discipleship Program is back. Join our pastors as we engage for seven weeks this Spring discussing over relevant topics of faith.
We meet Sundays starting February 11 through March 25. On Mach 11 we are hosting a Faith-n-Film night at the Wayne showing The Birth of a Nation (Rated R) as well as showing Zootopia at the church for the kids and youth not able to attend the Wayne.
- 5pm - Dinner
- 5:45pm - Classes Start
- 7pm - Depart
Will there be a cost for dinner? No. First Baptist’s Kitchen Team has graciously agreed to serve each week. The dinner is free, but a small donation is greatly appreciated.
Will there be nursery? Yes. Nursery is open from 5:15pm-7:15pm.
Will the youth and kids have activities? Yes. The youth worship and have Bible Study in the Loft while the kids learn alongside Pastor Lacey in the Children’s Wing downstairs.
Do I need to register? Yes. You can sign-up online or call our office to make a reservation. This helps with knowing how much food to prepare.
FBKids - Join Pastor Lacey for a rotation model experience of faith. Kids will move through three stations of music, crafts, and Bible Study each night to continue learning the stories of our faith.
FBYouth - Join Pastor Barrett as he continues a series on the foundations of our faith and how youth can live boldy for Christ in everyday life.
FBAdults - Join Noelle Owen as she leads a seven-week series on Dreams as a Spiritual Resource. If you have vivid dreams or have ever wanted to think deeper about dreamwork, come learn and experience how God speaks to us through our unconscious self, and how we can learn to listen to the Spirit of God through our dreams.
