We are bringing back a popular fundraiser from our past! The Children’s Ministry will be raising funds by selling homemade food items you may purchase for the Easter weekend (April 16-17). The funds raised will go toward their summer church camp experience.

HOW IT WORKS:  The kids and their families will commit to choosing and making food items. We are also asking church members to donate items. We will then compile a list of available food to be purchased and provide a two-week period for people to sign up for items they want to purchase for themselves.

For example:
Kristen could sign up to donate 2 dozen deviled eggs and 1 coconut cake. She would make them and drop them off at church Friday evening 4/15 or Saturday morning 4/16. Lindsey could sign up to purchase the deviled eggs and Lynn could sign up to purchase the cake, and they would come 4/16 to pick them up and leave payment.

Food donation commitments will be accepted March 6- March 27.

The FOOD SALE will be active April 1-April 14.

Food Donation Drop Off: Friday 4/15 6-7pm and Saturday 4/16 10am-12pm

Food Pick Up: Saturday 4/16 10am-12pm

Additional Details:

• We are happy to price items ourselves, but if you have a price preference for your

  donation, just let us know!

• Signup for food purchasing will be online, but we will provide a table between

  Sunday services where people may sign up in person if they prefer.

• If you need to make alternative dropoff/pickup arrangements, contact Lindsey at

  540-649-2494.

•  You may donate whatever you like, but keep the holiday meal in mind! Suggestions include cakes, cupcakes, pies, muffins, breakfast casseroles, dips, popular side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, etc., rolls & breads. Please specify the size/quantity for your donated items. Items should be homemade.
