Community Ash Wednesday service

We hope you will join us as we join together with the congregations of Grace Lutheran and St. John’s Episcopal for our Ash Wednesday service. Worship will be held at Grace Lutheran (500 S Wayne Ave). Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent, which is the season where we prepare for Easter. The service will contain scripture, music, communion, and a sermon as we begin the Lenten season together.

Worship will be led Rev. Paul Pingel (pastor at Grace Lutheran), Rev. Benjamin Badgett (rector at St. John’s), and Dr. Jim White and Rev. Kristen Koger from First Baptist.
