Confident Caregiver Circle being offered at FBW!

The Valley Program for Aging Services, with support from the FBW Senior Saints, will be offering a caregiver support circle for 5 weeks this fall. This group will run from on Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00am, beginning October 18th and ending November 15th.

This group is intended for caregivers who are 60 years or older, or for adults who are providing care for someone who is 60 years or older. This group will not focus on any specific condition or disease, but will provide discussion and support for anyone who is giving or receiving care for someone over the age of 60.

This group is free to join, but registration is required. Spaces are limited. To sign up, please call 540-615-5341 or visit the VPAS website.
