Mary takes Jesus to the temple for the rites of purification. While there, a soothsayer blesses Jesus and sings something we would all do well to hear. His song is one of comfort for the whole world.
In response to the call of God, the mission of First Baptist Waynesboro is to be a family of believers who proclaim the love of God as revealed in Jesus Christ. We fulfill this calling through worship, education, fellowship, prayer, and missions in the community and the world.
